Your privacy
Effective date of this version: October 13, 2026
This policy explains what information may be processed when you browse our website or contact us, as well as the choices available to you.
Super Banc Inc. operates superbanc.com. This policy applies when you browse the site and when you choose to contact us by email or telephone.
It presents our practices in plain language. Separate consent will be requested when an optional feature, such as an embedded Google map, requires additional processing.
When you email or call us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, contact information, region and question. It is used to answer your request, direct you to a retailer or provide business follow-up.
The hosting provider and the delivery and security network may process your IP address, browser type, requested pages, date and time, and security events. This technical information is used to deliver the site, diagnose problems and prevent abuse.
Your Google Maps choice is stored locally in your browser. This setting contains no name, email address or advertising identifier and is not transmitted to Super Banc by the site.
WHC hosts the site and may process the files, backups and technical logs required to provide that service. WHC privacy policy ↗
Cloudflare may route and cache traffic, resolve the domain name and filter malicious requests. In doing so, Cloudflare may process information including IP addresses, traffic routing data and security events. Cloudflare Web Analytics is also loaded to produce aggregate website traffic statistics. Cloudflare privacy policy ↗
If you allow and open the retailer map, Google may receive information including your IP address, device characteristics and any searches or location you choose to provide. Refusing the map will not block the text-based retailer list. Google privacy policy ↗
We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to an authorized provider when required for its mandate, with your consent, or when permitted or required by law. Some providers may process data outside Quebec or Canada, where different laws may apply.
A cookie is a small file stored by a website. Local storage is a similar technology that keeps a setting in your browser.
Links to Google Maps or retailer websites open external services. Their own policies apply when you visit them. A standard external link does not load those services inside superbanc.com.
Communications and business records are kept only as long as necessary to follow up on the request, manage the business relationship and meet applicable legal requirements. Retention periods may therefore vary by type of record.
Technical logs and backups follow the hosting provider’s retention cycles. The choice saved in your browser expires after 180 days or is removed when you clear site data.
We apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information processed, including HTTPS, limited access and backups. No electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be risk-free. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information by email.
You may request access to your personal information, correction when it is inaccurate or incomplete, and withdrawal of consent where applicable. You may also send us a question or complaint about our practices.
Reasonable identity verification may be required before a request is processed. Certain legal requirements may limit or delay deletion.
Requests for access, correction, withdrawal of consent and privacy complaints may be sent to:
